 it does not work March 6, 2008
After I received it, I plugged it in and I found that it does not work as it should be because it was a defected. Then I had to deal with Xbox service Tech to get a replacement. The Xbox Service Tech where very helpful and sent me the replacement very quick. In other word, it seems that Amazon has a bad batch in stock.

I bought this cable because i wanted to play with my 360 controller on my PC. Well, that didnt go as planned, cause you simply cant. Its the WIRED controller that works with the PC, not the Wireless Controller with the Play and Charge Kit. But yeah, it works great when my batteries run low.
Great Item And Saver Of Battery Money February 27, 2008
I bought two of these charge kits for my xbox 360 and they are great as most xbox 360 owners know the wireless controllers need two AA batteries to play.These chargers save you the problematic time and energy having two get new batteries every few weeks.The chargers are very easy to use they come with one charger battery and a usb wire hookup.You put the charger battery as you normally would and plug in the wire plug into the controller and the other end into a usb port on the console.The great thing about this is you can still play while the charger battery is in fact being charged at the same time instead of having to wait for the battery being charged on a separate charge station.I also say for the price it is definitely a bargain.

This charger is very convenient to have for your wireless controller. It charges the battery pack pretty fast when idle (longer when in use). If you have a rechargeable battery pack, this item is a must have.

I never have to use batteries again. All i have to do is put the battery pack in the controller, and when I have to charge it, i plug the wire from the top of the controller to the xbox usb slot.
